Can the membership fee change?
When you've signed up to VXG your yearly membership fee will never increase. If VXG's membership fee is reduced, the reduced price will be applied to all members.
Can I export my data
You are free to backup and export all the data stored along with your VXG account at all times. There are several tools to help you doing this. For more information about this please contact us or read our blog.
Why not just Gmail in stead of VXG?
Gmail is brilliant. VXG is very similar to Gmail since it uses the same platform from Google. But with VXG you get an exclusive email address (email@vxg.com or email@vxgmail.com), you get included exclusive business cards, you get much more storage and in contrast to Gmail VXG is ad free.
VXG currently offers the following online services:

- Access your email, contacts, documents or other private information stored with your VXG membership;
- Sell or give away your email, name or any other contact information.
Eight Eighteen Ltd may
- View statistics regarding your account, such as information concerning your last login or data storage usage;
- Change your account password, suspend or terminate your account access and your ability to modify your account.
10% of each subscription goes directly to the VXG Fund. Once a year this fund is donated to an environmental project we here at VXG believe in. We have not yet decided what project to support in 2011. If you do have any suggestions for the 2011 donation please contact us.
